Two quick pencil sketches

A small group of USk sketchers are meeting regularly in Málaga to sketch the city. I am one of them, and this is one of the drawings I finished last saturday. As the goal was to change settings as much as possible, I used a 2B pencil which enables me to draw quicker. This is a partial view of the main facade of the cathedral:

That same pencil is what I prefer when accuracy is not possible and time is short again: sketching aboard a moving bus. I took advantage of the bus stops to finish the more delicate parts...

love that view of the cathedral and also the bus. I rarely use pencil because of smudging the paper but I love looking at it.

Luis...Sometimes I try to be faster in my sketches as well. You gave us a good tip to do that: using pencils. Sometimes I try to leave blanked ares within the drawing to save some time...

Great sketches. I think sometimes about recovering my pencil abilities...

So well drawn, the depth in the bus is perfect.

great sketches! ... I love sketching with pencil, usually in the range of HB/B/2B/4B.
