On the 19th of December the orchesta from the Teatro Bellini went on strike (italian=sciopero). However they showed a very interesting way to protest: with a public concert on Piazza Università. The text on the drawing were protest paroles hanging behind the orchesta. "Make space for the culture", "Fiumefreddo go home", "Once upon a time there was theater Bellini", "I'm one of the fannuloni" . A fannuloni is somebody that does nothing , don't work, In this case Mr. Fiumefreddo said that there were just 4 "fannuloni" who weren't happy with the theater administration. The answer: the hole orchesta was wearing that sign on their clothes!
and here is the theater Bellini. I did the sketch a week later. The theater was named after Vincenzo Bellini , who was born in Catania.
