Maastricht, Netherlands
Maastricht, Netherlands. Contrast between old and new architecture. The tower is medieval: boats passing Maastricht were supposed to pay toll there. The modern building houses the best restaurant of the Netherlands, the three star "Beluga". The bridge crosses the river Maas to the center of town.
