25th Worldwide SketchCrawl: Los Angeles

The Los Angeles version of 25th Worldwide SketchCrawl had light attendance because it was also the same day as CTN Animation Expo in Burbank, where usual Sketchcrawlers went instead. A group of us was at the lobby area of the conference center that held the Expo to sketch animators and artists who were there. I saw a classic animation table on display, and a costume model who was dressed as a pirate.

I then walk across the street to Bob Hope Airport. It's a small regional airport, so I was able to get close to the terminal area to watch the planes take off. I found a parking structure across the street, with a good view of an airplane being serviced. As I was drawing the plane, it backed out onto the tarmac and slowly rolled away. It was a beautiful day!
