I read somewhere that Starbucks opened their first store in Sweden recently. That will give Espresso House something to think about - they are everywhere in Stockholm, spreading like mushroom mycelium. I am not a big fan of these coffee-chains taking over the town. Problem is they have fabulous coffee...
This particular café was great when it opened a while ago - a tiny little bit off the biggest shopping streets in Stockholm, it took some time before people found it. There were always some empty tables, and nice and quiet. Now, however, everybody knows where it is. Today was perhaps my last visit, I will have to find a new possible pause-café near the city center. It´s a hard task, though, they are all crowded and expensive.
EDIT: Starbucks is about to open their first store here, they haven´t done so yet. My mistake.
