A day at the Museums

At the Science Museum in South Kensington 2008 crayon, marker and ink pen in Moleskine by you.

Monkey on the District line 2008 crayon, marker and ink pen in Moleskine by you.

My dad is visiting London this week, so we took the tourist trial. Natural History museum was a big point on our agenda. It could have been the smell of naphthalene at the Museum ( it does not renew it's displays for nature conservation reasons; most animals look pretty shabby and worn out for this reason). Anyway, the smell inside make us soon fled it to the Science Museum next door for some amazing airplane displays.

Oh I just love the top drawing with the airplanes— I love the silhouetted figures. Wonderful sense of light.

I really like the plane one - seems to capture a father and son moment perfectly. Lovely lighting too.
